Oracle Financial Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Implementation Consultant, based in singapore. This role will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end Oracle HFM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in HFM, with a deep understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes.

You will work closely with multi regional teams, finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective HFM solutions, including designing metadata, business rules, and data integrations. Hands-on experience with FDMEE, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio is essential. The role will also involve building and validating data mappings, troubleshooting system issues, and developing financial reports as per business needs. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as finance, IT, and external vendors is key to ensuring successful implementation and support.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Oracle HFM implementation, with solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems integration. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users are crucial. Experience with other Oracle EPM tools such as Essbase, DRM, or FCCS, as well as Oracle certifications, would be a plus. Candidates with prior consulting or Big 4 experience are highly regarded.
