We're hiring an Operations Support Specialist to support a team for a Global Tech Company that manages mobile services, vendors, and internal users across the business. This role sits at the center of daily operationskeeping records accurate, issues resolved, and processes running smoothly.
If you're organized, detail-driven, and comfortable coordinating with finance, IT, and vendors, this is a solid operations role with exposure to both day-to-day work and improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in coordination with Finance
- Perform regular mobile line audits and work with IT and Telco teams to resolve discrepancies
- Manage telecom service requests using task or ticketing systems, ensuring SLA compliance
- Act as a first point of contact for user issues and escalations related to telecom services
- Support process reviews and help improve workflows, documentation, and reporting
- Assist with project coordination, data gathering, and operational tracking
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in operations support, telecom, or a related function
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with invoice processing, coordination work, or project support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with different teams and vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic project tools
- Proactive mindset with a practical, problem-solving approach
