OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

- Supervise, train and oversee staff in car washing and grooming techniques

- Monitor both individual and teams job performance metrics

- Work together with team on washing and grooming of vehicles as and when needed

- Ensure teams adhere to safe work procedures during operations

- Incident reporting to station manager and HQ on accidents and/ or isolated occurrences

- Assist station manager in staff adherence to company's SOP

- Ensure site operations run smoothly and maintain housekeeping

- Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality

- Provide operational support and advice to senior management on planning and directing daily operations

- Responsible for condition and inspection of machines and maintenance/ repair of equipment

- Manage stock inventory and supplies

- Ensure level of service quality and car washing standards are maintained

- Serve as link between direct reports and middle / upper management

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Manage customer complaints and follow up with service recovery

- Salary commences according to experience

• Must be physically fit and able to withstand hot sun and extreme weather
• Able to work shifts
• Must possess knowledge and experience in troubleshooting machinery/ equipment failure and repairs eg. pressure jet machines, air compressors, polishing equipment etc.
• Must be able to lead a team
