OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Job Description & Requirements

- Train and coordinate activities of staff engaged in car washing and grooming

- Assist Operations Supervisor/ Station Manager in maintenance of station cleanliness

- Planning of weekly station cleanliness and carwash operations duty roster

- Routine inspection of equipment and machinery. Perform repair & maintenance works.

- Maintaining stock inventory and supplies

- Assist Operations Supervisor in reporting and collection of company's sales proceeds

- Assist in staff adherence to company's SOP and station's regulations

- Incident reporting to Operations Supervisor and/ or Station Mgr of HQ on accidents and/ or isolated occurences

- Ensure level of service quality and carwashing/ car grooming standards are maintained

- Responsible for staff dress code & hygiene

- Assist Operations Supervisor/ Station Manager on day-to-day business operations and sales

- Build & maintain good rapport with customers, resolve customer complaints etc.

- Salary commences according to experience

• Must be physically fit and able to withstand hot sun and extreme weather
• Able to work shifts and weekends
• Must possess knowledge and experience in troubleshooting machinery/ equipment failure and repairs eg. pressure jet machines, air compressors, polishing equipment
