Provide back-office support, including preparation of retrofit and MES quotations.
Manage SEA spare parts inventory, including planning, ordering, storage, and distribution.
Support field service activities such as repair, preventive maintenance, installation, and commissioning.
Troubleshoot and analyze machine issues (electrical, mechanical, and process) mainly via remote support.
Conduct on-site customer training on equipment operation, safety, and maintenance when required.
Support process optimization, production ramp-up, and equipment performance improvement.
Perform test soldering for demos and evaluations, and support machine assembly/disassembly for exhibitions.
Maintain service reports, records, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with regional service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in machine service, installation, or process support (electronics manufacturing preferred).
Strong understanding of electrical/pneumatic diagrams and technical drawings.
Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiar with SAP, MS Office, machine software, CRM, and related tools.
Willing to travel frequently within the SEA region.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset.
