Quality Manager (Semiconductor/ICs Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of an integrated QMS aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 26262, including process definition, documentation control, and quality/safety objective setting.

• Act as the Management Representative for ISO certification audits and related compliance activities.

• Develop and maintain key QMS processes such as document control, change management, risk management, internal audits, and management reviews.

• Define supplier quality requirements, establish quality agreements, and monitor OSAT performance metrics.

• Plan and execute internal audits and manage corrective actions (e.g., 8D, CAR).

• Drive continuous improvement programs across the organization.

• Manage customer complaints, field quality issues, and product traceability processes.

• Conduct QMS training to ensure employee awareness and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field.

• Strong knowledge of ISO/IATF standards, quality management tools, and OSAT processes.

• Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.
