Operations Supervisor

1) 100% hands on , to perform cleaning duties ( including plate collecting, dishwashing, area cleaning and toilet cleaning of outlets )

2) Ability to operate cleaning equipment (i.e, Scrubber , High pressure water jet, carpet shampoo cleaning )

3) Ensure project operations run smoothly

4) Train cleaners whenever required

5) Scheduling of staff working days , able to cover off days and undertake split shift working hours ( incuding nightshift )

6) Able to travel to different outlets as and when needed

7) Responsible for inspecting job site for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies

8) To attend to client's complaints promptly

9) To resovle problems efficiently without unnecessary delay
