To assist Engineers to improve and sustain facilities plant & equipment performance indices to meet operations goals.
Perform shift duties (12-hour shift) to support facilities plant operation and utilities that Production tools require.
Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as per PM schedule and specifications.
Trouble-shoot basic equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain good housekeeping within the premises, production floor and maintenance support areas.
Ensure good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the company.
Assist Engineers in co-ordination & supervision of vendor/s to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet objectives.
Daily routine check, logging on facilities systems and follow up on audit findings to take initiative to close / solved findings.
HVAC, Exhaust, CDA, Dryer, Scrubber, RODI, Glycerin, Gasses, Waste-water plant and Building routine and Electrical system, Fire Protection and life gas detector routine check, operation, and maintenance.
Job Requirements
ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology
Foreign recognized equivalent Certificates/Qualifications in above fields will be considered
1-2 years working experience in facilities department of an electrical / electronics industry and clean room back-ground. Experience in wafer manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
Team Player and commitment to do overtime as when required
