Position Description
Managing endtoend inventory, procurement, and logistics operations across regions, including inventory forecasting, purchase order management, SAPbased stock monitoring, quality and compliance checks, coordination of returns (RGAs or Recalls) and receiving processes, customs documentation and regulatory adherence, crossfunctional collaboration with internal teams and overseeing 4PL performance to ensure operational accuracy and Service Level Agreement compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Sales & Distribution transactions in SAP and ensure accuracy by reconciling records with data provided by 4PL partners.
- Manage and maintain inventory forecasts to ensure optimal product availability across all supported regions.
- Reconcile inventory with data from 4PL partners, promptly addressing variances and stock discrepancies monthly.
- Evaluate the quality and compliance of received goods, managing nonconformities and coordinating corrective actions with 4PL partners.
- Coordinate the receiving and returngoods processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit customs and regulatory documents, collaborating with brokers to resolve import and export issues.
- Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, including License Per Invoice, Customs Permits, and related documentation.
- Act as a key liaison between 4PLs, and internal stakeholders such as Field Implementation team to align timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee 4PL performance to maintain Service Level Agreement compliance, inventory accuracy, and smooth daily warehouse operations.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and support additional operational tasks as required to meet business objectives.
- Understand and follow Applied Medical's Quality Systems (QS) per training.
- Read, write, speak and communicate effectively with other team members, and comprehend work and safety instructions.
- Understand and comply with safety rules and Company policies.
Team Member Working Relationships
- Partner with Finance Teams and external vendors to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and timely Sales and Distribution operations.
- Liaising with 4PL partners to validate and record transactions accurately while supporting smooth daytoday processes.
- Support Sales Field Team by ensuring delivery and consignment billings are accurate.
- Collaborate with RA/QA Team ensures compliance with regulatory standards and support auditready operations.
- Support Clinical Development team by attending to queries including those related to logistics matters.
Position Qualifications
- Experiences in ERP systems such as SAP and Concur is preferred.
- Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptable.
- Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing.

- Experience in medical, healthcare area is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required for this role.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a good relationship with all cross functional teams.

Education
University Degree in Accounting/Finance, or business administration preferred.
Experience
Minimum 7 years experience in Finance and Accounting
