Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist merchants in preparing and completing onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Review and verify merchant-submitted documents for accuracy and completeness before submitting to Compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for merchants on documentation matters, providing clear guidance and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure efficient onboarding and resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update merchant records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare merchant-related reports, operational updates, and tracking logs as required.
  • Provide administrative support for merchant operations, including tracking submissions and updating system entries.
  • Coordinate terminal rental contract renewals by liaising with merchants, Sales teams, and Channel Partners.
  • Verify renewal documentation, ensure timely completion, and maintain accurate tracking of renewal status.
