About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Operations / Project Coordinator to manage manpower deployment and site operations for our projects. This role offers flexible working hours and minimal office attendance (2-3 times per week on scheduled days typically for 3-4 hours per day), while requiring 24/7 on-call availability for urgent operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

. Coordinate manpower deployment across multiple project sites

. Liaise with workers and site management to resolve issues promptly

. Respond to urgent operational matters and emergencies on an on-call basis (24/7)

. Handle last-minute operational changes such as worker replacement

. Prepare and maintain timesheets, reports, and operational records

. Ensure smooth communication between management and site teams

Requirements

. Prior experience in operations, manpower supply, or project coordination preferred

. Must have own transport (transport allowance provided)

. Physically mobile and willing to attend sites when necessary (only for critical issues)

. Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure

. Comfortable with flexible work arrangements and on-call responsibilities
