ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented professional for the role of Operations Planning Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Operations Excellence Manager. This position is responsible for driving operational planning, enhancing client relationships, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives. The role involves aligning operational strategies with organizational goals while ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

The individual will oversee planning processes, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient operations. In parallel, the role focuses on managing client relationships by understanding needs, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and standardizing best practices across functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
