Supply Planner

We are seeking a Supply Planner to join our WSA team! This role will support planning activities with a strong focus on improving processes within planning that are heavily reliant on Excel-based workflows. You will be responsible for identifying current-state process gaps, assessing risks and inefficiencies, and supporting standardization, automation, and system-based improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness.

The role

Identify, assess, and improve planning workflows

• Assess planning and supply planning workflows heavily dependent on Excel files to identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks
• Support transition to standardized, automated, or system-based processes
• Document current and future-state processes to clarify operations and drive alignment

Support MPS automation and simulation capability

• Automate the MPS process to enable sustainable, repeatable simulations that respond to frequent forecast changes
• Improve reliability, usability, and repeatability of planning outputs through collaboration with stakeholders

Lead accessories planning coordination

• Drive coordination and governance across accessories planning to ensure alignment and consistency
• Promote best-practice processes and effective collaboration across planning teams

Track initiatives and communicate progress

• Monitor implementation of improvement initiatives and track progress against agreed actions
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of planning experience, with exposure to supply planning, tactical planning, or related planning environments preferred
• Knowledge of planning principles and supply chain operations is required
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to use data to analyze issues and support process improvement initiatives
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
