Job Description

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information, to assist COO and MD in tenders and business development
  • Prepare the proposal for new projects and follow through on the execution
  • Manage small project teams to develop, execute and complete assignments
  • Organizing and leading multi-disciplinary meetings for comprehensive client care
  • Handling budget planning, expense monitoring, and resource allocation for financial sustainability
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Attend meetings with COO and MD with external parties
  • Documenting operational tasks/plans and meetings and reporting to COO and MD
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operations
  • Contributing to long-term goals and strategies for facility growth and success

Processes and Staff Management

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including maintenance, fire safety, housekeeping, and security, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Ensuring the safety, well-being, and comprehensive care of clients during their recovery process, coordinating medical services, therapies, and activities
  • Supervising healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and support teams to ensure effective operation
  • Conceptualizing, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic activities aligned with the care model to enhance clients well-being
  • Developing and implementing emergency response plans for patient and staff safety during unforeseen events
  • Assessing risks, incidents, and implementing proactive solutions to enhance safety and reduce occurrences
  • Ensuring high-quality services aligned with healthcare regulations, licensing, and quality standards
  • Keeping accurate records of patient care, facility operations, and relevant information
  • Preparing for clinical, service, and financial audits to ensure compliance and quality
  • Overseeing staff training and promoting continuous learning and skill development
  • Conducting staff performance evaluations and recommending training
  • Undertaking other projects assigned by higher management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Hold a relevant Degree or Diploma
  • Possess a professional demeanour and conduct themselves with integrity and respect towards all patients, colleagues and other parties
  • Demonstrate patience and approachability while assisting patients, patients family members/colleagues and handling challenging situations effectively
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with patients, colleagues and other parties
  • Display adaptability and flexibility to work efficiently in diverse settings with changing demands and schedules
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and strong commitment towards service excellence
  • Be a mature and objective lead, possess leadership quality and positive interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative team player who possesses good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and strong commitment towards service excellence
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when needed
  • Adept at independent work and effective time management
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
