- Managing the day to day operation of the campus including co-ordinating the provision of a safe, secure and stimulating environment and meeting ECDA licensing requirements
- Ensuring that staff comply at all times with pre-school policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety, hygiene, inclusion, confidentiality
- Supervising and contributing to performance management of staff according to policies and procedures
- Leading the planning of safe, stimulating and appropriate opportunities according to children's needs and interests to fulfil the requirements of the ECDA
- Responsible for the operations of campus including high standards of customer service, quality check, quality assurance and compliance with regulatory authorities.
Strategy and Crisis control
- Lead on strategy and content development to manage issues or crises at the school
- Work with the Head of Marketing/Communications to tailor crisis communications protocols/ School improvements
- Anticipate and advise on potential issues - Develop plans to attenuate and manage issues
