Global Assistant Commercial & Operations Manager (Agrocorp | Herbyvore)

Reports to: Business Unit Head

Location: Singapore

About the Role

The Global Assistant Commercial & Operations Manager drives the commercial heartbeat of Herbyvore, supporting revenue growth, partner management, and supply coordination across global markets.

You'll combine analytical, operational, and relationship management skills to ensure smooth execution from sales planning to customer delivery. The role bridges business development, pricing, and supply operations, making it ideal for a candidate who thrives in both numbers and networks.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Development & Sales Support

  • Support global business development with B2B customers, co-manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Coordinate Joint Business Planning (JBP), sales forecasting, and account performance tracking.
  • Develop sales materials and proposals to support customer presentations and trade partnerships.

Channel & Pricing Strategy

  • Manage pricing analysis, commercial margin tracking, and customer profitability dashboards.
  • Support market entry planning, including export documentation, compliance, and product registration.
  • Evaluate performance of key channels B2B, foodservice, retail, and e-commerce with insights for optimization.

Operations & Supply Coordination

  • Partner with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure product availability and delivery efficiency.
  • Manage demand planning, order tracking, and coordination between regional warehouses.
  • Support vendor management and coordinate with supply partners to ensure operational excellence.

Financial & Business Reporting

  • Build dashboards tracking sales, pipeline, and revenue KPIs.
  • Prepare management reports summarizing commercial performance, forecasts, and risks.
  • Support data-driven decision making with actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing and R&D to synchronize innovation launches with supply and pricing readiness.
  • Align commercial strategies with brand positioning and global customer requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
  • 36 years of experience in commercial, operations, or export management within FMCG or food ingredients.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in a second Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Korean) preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing fast-paced global execution.
