About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the local people manager for our Operations team within Euroclear Bank Singapore Branch (EB SG).
The Singapore Operations team is a cross-functional team comprising professionals across New Issues, Settlement & Cash Processing, Financial Crime Control, and Collateral Management. Together with our Hong Kong Operations team, Euroclear Bank continues to strengthen its regional capabilities to better serve APAC clients and markets.
This role requires close collaboration with Operations Management in Euroclear Bank Hong Kong (EB HK) and strong partnership with Human Resources. Reporting directly to the APAC COO, you will play a key role in supporting the achievement of the Singapore branch's strategic and operational objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people leader to work within a highly collaborative regional environment, partnering with stakeholders across Singapore, Hong Kong and the wider Euroclear network while contributing to the continued growth of our APAC Operations capability.
