Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations which include areas like Loans/Trade Finance/Deposit & Remittance etc.
• Understand the business life cycle of businesses and provide prudent financial solutions to support the companies growth
• Liaise with Korean-speaking clients and stakeholders on a daily basis
• Any work required to be worked out for holding the above position in the department subject to business needs, internal policy and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services industry with background in Loans, Trade Finance, Deposit & Remittance etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• Good in Excel skills
• Must be proficient or fluent in Korean to effectively liaise with Korean stakeholders and clients
• Passionate individual who is innovative and enjoys a dynamic work environment
