Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Operational Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily cleaning activities across multiple sites to ensure contract compliance.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule cleaners and supervisors. This includes monitoring attendance, performance, and conducting appraisals.
- Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complaints and queries promptly to maintain good working relationships.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment, ensuring machines are maintained and serviced.
- Financial Administration: Handle site budgeting, cost control, and sometimes, the distribution of staff salaries.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvements, such as adopting new, more productive cleaning techniques.
