Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee outlet operations and drive sales performance across multiple locations. The role focuses on operational excellence, sales growth, team development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall outlet operations and sales performance across multiple locations

Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth

Work closely with branch managers and outlet teams to improve operational efficiency and performance

Monitor outlet KPIs, operational standards, and service quality

Train and develop sales teams to enhance service standards and sales capabilities

Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention

Handle escalated customer issues or complaints and ensure effective resolution

Lead campaigns to promote new treatments or products

Prepare regular reports on outlet performance and operational updates for management

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or outlet operations management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to analyse sales performance and implement improvement strategies

• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
