Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and ship kits activities across 3 sites
- Ensure timely inbound/outbound fulfilment in line with KPIs
- Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and scrap disposal
- Lead a team of 200 staff, including training and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and quality initiatives
- Engage stakeholders through regular KPI, safety, and operations meetings
- Ensure workplace safety, SOP compliance, and facility maintenance

- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Up to $7000
- Changi South
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of contract logistics leadership background
- Knowledge in SAP is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate operational concepts clearly
- Proven people management experience with customer-focused and sound judgment
- Strategic thinker with project management, problem-solving, and data analytics skills
