Operations Manager (Landscape/ Construction)

• Position : Operations Manager (Landscape/ Construction)

• Location : Island wide

• Working hours : 5 days a week - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $10,000 + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Landscape/ Interior Design Architecture/ Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites

• Lead supervisors and ground staff plan manpower and schedules

• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards

• Conduct site inspections and drive process improvements

• Manage client relationships and resolve service issues

• Control costs, resources, procurement, and equipment usage

• Ensure compliance with WSH and environmental regulations

• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and support tender submissions

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Landscape, Construction or related

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to multi-site manage in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of safety compliance and SOP implementation
