We are partnering a leading industrial infrastructure operator to appoint an Operations Manager to lead safe, reliable and efficient site operations within a complex process environment.

This is a key leadership position responsible for operational performance, safety culture, team development and cost control in a fast-paced, safety-critical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, reliable and efficient performance across multiple shifts.

• Drive operational excellence through data analysis, KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage incident investigations, emergency response leadership and corrective action implementation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and regulatory requirements.

• Lead manpower planning, workforce scheduling and team capability development.

• Manage operational budgets, cost optimisation initiatives and resource allocation.

• Support new projects, commissioning activities and commercial feasibility assessments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• 6-9 years of experience in industrial, chemical, petrochemical, energy or batch process environments.

• Proven experience leading operations teams in safety-critical settings.

• Strong understanding of operational risk management and SHE practices.

• Demonstrated planning, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Familiarity with industrial utilities and process systems is advantageous.

Desired Skills and Experience
