We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Operations Manager to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, organizing chaos into smooth systems, and helping a business grow, this role might be perfect for you.
You'll work closely with the Founder, help keep the team aligned, and make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. No two days will be the same - and that's exactly how we like it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Spot new business opportunities and help drive growth
- Keep an eye on finance and operations to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Help plan and implement strategies that move the business forward
- Lead and support a team of 10+ people, creating a positive and productive environment
- Track performance metrics and share insights that help the business improve
