As a Operations Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Implement and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Manage and improve day-to-day operations across specialist clinics.
- Integrate workflows and drive operational synergies across clinics.
- Support workforce planning, staff engagement and performance management.
- Monitor clinic performance through financial and operational data analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement.
- Support the licensing and setup of new clinics and healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Drive operational initiatives to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Support ad-hoc projects and other operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or healthcare operations.
