Strategic Planning & Compliance: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) while ensuring full compliance with WSH Act and building statutory regulations.
Financial Oversight: Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, overseeing the end-to-end tender process for asset enhancement initiatives (AEI) and capital replacement works.
Contract & Vendor Management: Supervise third-party service providers (security, cleaning, carpark) and administer maintenance contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality performance.
Emergency Leadership: Serve as a Site Incident Controller (SIC) and oversee the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) to ensure robust fire safety and incident management.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive KPIs and regulatory alignment.
