Contract Manager

Scope/Responsibilities:

. Experience in tendering of M&E building services especially in ACMV.

. Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.

. Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.

. Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses and reporting, measurements etc.

. Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements.

. Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Building/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

. Min 5 years relevant experience in construction/FM industry.

. Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills.

. Good Knowledge in Code of Practice, SOP and Contract Law

. Strong communication and presentation skills.
