Operations Manager

• Plan and execute underground cable work 22,66,230,400KV and demolition projects.
• Conduct cable detection surveys using specialized equipment to locate underground cables and utilities.
• Mark cable and utility locations accurately to prevent damage during construction and excavation work.
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery of resources.
• Prepare and submit tenders while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed drawings and designs for projects.
• Conduct project scheduling and risk management to ensure timely and safe project completion.
• Leverage tools like Safe 365 - SP Digital for safety and digital project tracking.
• Perform project scope analysis and create PSR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents and ensure worker safety.
• Actively pursue these goals within the designated time frame, ensuring acquired skills contribute to achieving company targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology or equivalent
• Must have minimum of 5 years of working experience in underground cable works & demolition project.
• Must have knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Willing to work in construction site and under hot sun
• Able to perform work in underground settings
