We are seeking a hands-on and experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead the operations of our flagship restaurant outlet. This role requires a strategic and operational leader who can oversee daily service, maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to uphold quality and consistency.
- Conduct daily briefings with service and kitchen teams to align goals and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, Halal standards, and hygiene regulations.
2. Financial and Performance Oversight
- Monitor outlet sales, cost of goods, and labor expenses to achieve profitability targets.
- Analyze operational performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee purchasing to control costs effectively.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
3. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and performance.
- Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for staff development.
- Foster a positive work culture built on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
4. Guest Experience Management
- Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor to engage with guests and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure that service standards are met and that the dining experience consistently exceeds guest expectations.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
5. Marketing and Promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Develop creative initiatives to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
- Ensure that marketing materials, menus, and in-store branding are up to date and consistent.
6. Administrative and Compliance Duties
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing laws, and health & safety regulations.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet, equipment, and facilities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in F&B management (restaurant or hotel environment preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Hands-on leader with excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
