Overseeing and manage all cleaning related activities at various customer sites

. Managing and monitor multiple sites, coordinate work activities and operations including site inspection, statutory compliance and on-site safety guideline and WSH policy

. Planning of work schedule and managing manpower deployment

. Tracking, ordering of suppliers and arranging for delivery

. Conducting On The Job Training to employees

. Liaising with clients to meet quality service delivery

. Perform administrative work including attendance taking and payroll calculation

. Handling employees related matters including work injury claims

. Compile and Submission of monthly report

. Handling feedback, complaints and attend to work incidents

. Perform recruitment and conduct interviews
