Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end operations for aluminium window anddoor services, including fabrication and on-site installation.
- Manage daily scheduling and logistics to ensure installation teams are efficiently deployed and well-equipped.
- Supervise and coordinate the workshop team to ensure timely production of aluminium windows and doors.
- Address and resolve technical challenges or customer concerns during installation.
- Coach and develop team members to maintain high-quality workmanship and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards across all operations.
Requirements
- Experience in aluminium windows and doors fabrication and installation.
- Strong knowledge of on-site measurements and installation practices.
- Hands-on management style, able to coordinate workshop and field teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills, customer-oriented.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and train staff.
