We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee multiple F&B outlets, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Drive sales, monitor financial performance, and control expenses.
- Lead and develop Store Managers and outlet teams, ensuring high staff performance.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and address escalated complaints.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and regulatory compliance across outlets.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in F&B managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and operational standards.
- Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable.
Working Conditions:
