Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for:

. Overseeing and managing daily construction operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

. Coordinating with different teams (project, finance, HR, etc) for aligned execution.

. Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and quality control standards.

. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

. Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

. Supervising contract reviews, procurement approvals, and payment authorizations.

. Managing project handing over, dead line and ensuring the smooth delivery.

Requirements:

. Minimum degree.

. Minimum 8 years of experience.

. Demonstrating ability to lead teams, manage projects, and make strategic decisions.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.

. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and ensure smooth workflow across departments is crucial.

. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance systems is typically required.

. The ability to identify and resolve issues related to project progress, safety, and resource allocation.

. Experience with project scheduling, conflict management, and vendor management is often sought after.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
