Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Managing the project team and providing the guidance in relation to the project performance and compliance, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
- Manage and monitor sub-contractor&aposs performance and ensure work deliver on schedule.
- Ensure the safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
- Identify the potential risk during the project operations and provide the strategies to prevent the risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant studies
- Minimum 8 years of experienced in managing large scale of industrial construction project in Singapore
- Good experience in pharmaceutical plant will be preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
