Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Opening & Fit-Out Management
- Fit-Out Oversight: Act as the primary liaison with mall management and contractors to oversee station construction and equipment installation, ensuring full alignment with the Team's design guidelines.
- Launch Coordination: Orchestrate the pre-opening phase to ensure all six stations achieve operational readiness and meet project timelines for the grand opening.
- Supply Chain Development: Collaborate with the Franchisor Team to source food ingredients, negotiate with vendors, and manage suppliers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Lead the application process for all necessary SFA (Singapore Food Agency) licenses and ensure that every station meets local hygiene and safety standards prior to launch.
- Launch Campaign Execution: Partner with the Franchisor Team to plan and execute the PR and marketing strategy for the flagship location's debut.
2. Strategic Talent & Recruitment
- Mass Recruitment: Direct the recruitment drive to source, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Outlet Supervisors and Station Crew (approx. 20--30 pax).
- Training & Onboarding: Facilitate localized training programs in coordination with the Franchisor Team, covering SOPs, food safety, and premium customer service excellence.
- Roster Optimization: Design and manage efficient shift schedules to balance labor costs with the demands of a high-traffic mall environment.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation of and staff training for POS systems, online ordering platforms, and digital reporting tools.
3. Multi-Unit Operations & P&L
- Operational Excellence: Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations across all six stations to maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and speed of service.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce rigorous hygiene and sanitation protocols in strict accordance with SFA regulations.
- Financial Accountability: Manage the P&L, with a primary focus on food cost control, inventory waste reduction, and achieving designated profitability targets.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with local supply chain partners to guarantee 100% stock availability and procurement efficiency for daily service.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in F&B management, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or Area Manager role in Singapore.
- Proven Track Record: Experience in new store openings (NSO) and managing F&B renovations or fit-outs is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Certified Food Hygiene Officer (FHO); familiarity with SFA and MOM regulations.
- Leadership: A ``hands-on leader capable of making swift decisions in high-pressure environments.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in F&B Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
