Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple cleaning and stewarding project sites
• Plan and deploy manpower effectively to meet operational needs
• Ensure service standards and KPIs are met at all times
• Handle client feedback, site inspections, and service recovery
• Supervise and guide site supervisors and ground staff
• Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline matters
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment and staff deployment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of operations management experience (Cleaning / Stewarding preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to handle multiple sites and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with cleaning industry standards and procedures
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, etc.)
