Job Description

Founded in 1988, ALTEN operates in over 25 countries worldwide with ANOTECH Singapore operating since 2015.

To support our growing activities in the SEA region, ANOTECH Singapore is looking for an Operations Manager to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth:

. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to secure new clients and projects within the Singapore market and the broader APAC region.

. Identify and target key accounts in sectors such as [e.g., Retail, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Technology], building strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives and department heads.

. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closure.

. Drive the company's service offerings, including [e.g., Data Engineering, Cloud Migration, Data Science, BI/Analytics, Digital Solutions].

. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets for the Singapore operations.

Operations & Management:

. Oversee all daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

. Manage the P&L for the Singapore entity, with a focus on optimizing profitability and controlling costs.

. Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and collaboration. (Future team growth is anticipated).

. Be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

. Implement and refine operational processes, tools, and systems to support scalable growth.

. Ensure contract renewals and identify opportunities for account growth with existing clients.

Recruitment & Team Building:

. Lead recruitment efforts in a competitive talent market to attract and hire top-tier professionals (e.g., Data Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants).

. Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions to build a skilled and motivated team.

. Oversee the onboarding, training, and professional development of all team members.

Requirements

. A Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

. Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, combining business development/sales and operations management, preferably within the technology, data, or consulting industry.

. Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth (e.g., showing significant revenue growth year-over-year).

. Strong experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting.

. Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing teams.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.

. An entrepreneurial spirit, with high adaptability and a sharp business acumen.

. Prior experience working in or with the Singapore/APAC market is a significant advantage.
