Operations Manager

roles & Responsibilities

• Coorperating with General Manager
• Management of the restaurant, including day-to-day management of the restaurant staffs
• Maintaining restaurant equipment and supplies
• Upholding of hygiene and safety standards
• Estimate good usage, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Manage supplies (including costs control and minimizing wastage)
• Contributing to plans for the organization's progress and growth
• Interacting and cooperating with all members of the organization
• Ad-hoc duties which assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Plan and update operation work flow
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong problem solving abilities
