Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction site operations, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with project specifications
Supervise and manage a multi-disciplinary team of workers, subcontractors, and site engineers, ensuring high productivity and quality
Handle complex operational and technical challenges independently, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and implementing corrective actions on-site
Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal management to monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare, review, and maintain detailed reports, schedules, and documentation for management and regulatory purposes
Lead initiatives to improve site operations, optimize productivity, and enhance cost-efficiency
Required to be available beyond normal working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on project needs
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and operational workflow
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work under demanding conditions and extended hours as required
A degree in any relevant field will be considered an added advantage
