Job Summary

Support daily sales operations by managing sales documentation, maintaining accurate sales data, liaising with customers and internal teams, and assisting in sales performance monitoring and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing
• Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports and records for management review
• Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately and promptly
• Monitor sales performance data and assist in forecasting to support business planning
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates
• Maintain and update CRM and customer databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Verify accuracy of sales data and pricing to prevent errors and discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
