Job Summary
Support daily sales operations by managing sales documentation, maintaining accurate sales data, liaising with customers and internal teams, and assisting in sales performance monitoring and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing
- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports and records for management review
- Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately and promptly
- Monitor sales performance data and assist in forecasting to support business planning
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates
- Maintain and update CRM and customer databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Verify accuracy of sales data and pricing to prevent errors and discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
