Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Operations/Fulfilment Operator to support our logistics and warehousing operations. You will be responsible for handling order fulfilment tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods, and maintaining smooth day-to-day warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and documentation
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international dispatch
- Update inventory and shipment records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies and handling returns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfilment operations preferred
- Familiarity with inventory and order management systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 kg
