Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Finance Coordinator. The person in this role will support senior leadership, streamline internal processes, and ensure operations run smoothly.

Role Overview:

  • Oversees tracking of sales, revenue, and opportunity pipelines; ensures PMO and account teams maintain accurate, up-to-date data.
  • Manages calendars for MD/CFO, syncs with client and internal schedules; handles timesheets, expenses, visitor access, and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinates internal and client-facing events: monthly finance/risk meetings, workshops, roundtables, team briefings.
  • Arranges venues, catering, content prep; works with managers to ensure meeting content is ready; ensures events are delivered with excellent logistics.

  • Highly organized, meticulous, proactive.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; works well across departments.
  • Comfortable juggling schedules, financial tracking, and event logistics.
  • Trusted with responsibility, able to anticipate needs of senior leaders and teams.

This is a contract role based in Singapore.
