Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) configuration, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Role Overview:
As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing Finance Operations processes to mitigate risks and drive financial success. By leveraging your deep knowledge of finance operations, you will analyze processes, recommend improvements, and collaborate across teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, status reporting, timeline management, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Analyze complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, generate alternative solutions, and evaluate outcomes to add strategic value to business planning and operations.
- Design and secure stakeholder buy-in for process improvements while managing change components effectively.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify, mitigate risks, and escalate critical issues when needed.
- Manage finance operations to ensure processes are well controlled, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) configuration and best practices, especially within SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong capabilities in financial process improvement, data analysis and synthesis.
- Experience in operations management with a focus on finance risk management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborative team player who takes ownership of daily tasks and escalates major issues responsibly.
