Operations Executive

We are an expanding company hiring talents to join us to be part of our growth.

Job Responsibilities :
- Complete day to day operations work, ensuring all export shipments are smooth
- 50% Office, 50% Warehouse
- Co-ordinate with Customer Service and warehouse team to fulfill Customers requirements
- Prepare full set of shipping documentations such as packing list, invoices and execute AWB
- Packing and moving of cargoes when required.
- Declare and apply custom permit related documents

Job Requirements :
- Entry level, fresh graduates are welcome
- Working hours after confirmation: 11am to 8pm (tentative hours)
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Hands-on and have problem-solving approach
- Meticulous and detail oriented
