Job Summary
Lead and support operations staff to ensure smooth daily air and sea freight forwarding processes, resolve operational issues, and maintain discipline within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support junior operations staff to complete daily tasks effectively in air and sea freight forwarding
- Manage daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of import and export shipments via air and sea
- Identify and resolve operational problems to maintain workflow continuity and service quality
- Enforce discipline and promote a positive work environment within the operations department
- Demonstrate initiative and independence to improve operational processes and team performance
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document, track, and report shipment and operational data
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional odd hours, to meet operational demands
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding for both import and export involving air and sea shipments
- Diploma holder with proficiency in English speaking and writing
- Reside in the eastern regions of Singapore such as Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, or Sengkang

- Work schedule: 5 days per week
