Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning operations and manpower deployment.

• Prepare work schedules and monitor staff attendance.

• Supervise cleaning teams and ensure service quality.

• Conduct site inspections and follow up on operational issues.

• Liaise with clients regarding cleaning services and feedback.

• Manage cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.

• Prepare basic operational reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Relevant experience in cleaning operations or facilities management is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

• Able to work independently and manage operational matters.
