. Check job sheets and TMS daily after job completion to verify all jobs are fully accounted for

. Confirm all PODs (Proof of Delivery) are returned to office - flag missing PODs immediately

. Confirm all Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) checklists are submitted and accounted for

. Verify that customer delivery systems are updated by drivers upon job completion

. Identify and escalate any discrepancies, missing records, or unresolved jobs to the Logistics Planner or Operations Manager without delay

. Zero tolerance for unverified or unaccounted jobs carried over to the next working day
