Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for customers on sea freight shipments and enquiries
Coordinate import, export, and cross-trade shipments in accordance with customer requirements
Manage end-to-end shipment coordination (booking, arrival notice, documentation, DG declaration, transportation, tracking, fumigation and insurance)
Process import and export customs clearance for customers
Support rate quotations and service proposals to customers
Liaise with carriers, forwarders, warehouses, transport providers, overseas agents and internal teams
Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation (BL, Switch BL, invoices, permits, etc.) including verification of shipping costings
Register customer records and shipment data in system
Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on delays or issues
Handle shipments issues and resolve service-related complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures
Prepare relevant operational and service performance reports
Participate in process improvement and service quality initiatives
Job Requirements:
GCE O Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding industry
