- Liaise with customers to provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities when required.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant operations / sales coordination experience
- Literate in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
