Retail/Distribution(Fashion&Apparel)
Our client is a global lifestyle brand with regional operations based in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Operations Executive to support regional operations and distributor management across Asia.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate order processing with regional distributors.
- Issue Proforma Invoices (PI) and support production planning with suppliers.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and work with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices and packing lists.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and support process improvements.
- Assist in implementing tools or systems to streamline documentation and order processing.
- Provide operational and administrative support to regional distributors.
- Prepare product information and materials for distributors and partners.
- Maintain product master data and ensure distributors have the latest information.
- Support communication between distributors and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing business materials, reports, and supporting regional market initiatives.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Possess a Diploma in any field
- Around 2-3 years of working experience in operations, sales administration, logistics, or related roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Interest in process improvement and using digital tools or AI to enhance work efficiency
(Advantageous)
- Experience in trade operations, order management, or logistics coordination
- Experience working with regional distributors or international partners
- Experience using AI tools or automation tools to improve workflows
